How Do I Upload My Images?

All product pages include an image upload button prior to adding items to your cart. Each upload button will also tell you how many photos are needed before you can add to your cart.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

All magnets sold through Evergift Studio are non-returnable as they are custom made items. An exception to this policy is made if your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or your package contents are incorrect (i.e. not your photos, not the style you chose, etc). These exceptions must be reported within 30 days of your order shipping.

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on order size. Delivery within the USA typically takes less than a week. In case of any shipping delays, Evergift Studio will email you with a new estimated ship date.
