Refund policy

All magnets sold through Evergift Studio are non-returnable as they are custom made items. An exception to this policy is made if your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or your package contents are different from what you order (i.e. not your photos). These exceptions must be reported within 30 days of your order shipping.

If damaged, lost, or incorrect, please contact us at Support@evergiftstudio.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! We kindly ask that you take photos of the damages/defect and packaging your order arrived in so that we can log the error on our side. 

Lost in Transit
Please provide us with your order number or tracking number so that we can investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the package is deemed lost in transit, you with have the choice of a refund or a no-charge replacement order shipped.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@evergiftstudio.com.
